This warm, welcoming home was designed for a young family making their move from Chicago to Atlanta—settling into their first real neighborhood and ready to create a space that felt both functional and inviting. With two small children and a love for hosting, the goal was to furnish the living, dining, and kitchen areas with comfort, style, and flexibility in mind. We added rugs and carpeting throughout for softness underfoot, replaced all the lighting to better define each space, and used performance fabrics everywhere to ensure durability for everyday life. The dining room, located right off the entry, was designed to make an impression—complete with a table that extends for easy entertaining. It’s a family-first home with room to grow and welcome loved ones in style.
